
Netball
So this week I did 2 netball training sessions and a game. plus on the others nights I ran and I did one spin class this week. BOOYAH! Motivation is back. Downside= eating like McShit due to moving house (no excuse I know).
So this week Im going to keep up the motivation and eat MUCH better… Starting today I had smoked salmon, eggs and sourdough for brekky, about to have sweet potato chips for lunch and lamb and veggies for dinner. protein shake for a snack.
YUM. I forgot how much better and happier i feel eating yummy healthy foods.
As for weight loss I havent lost much weight at all- but i have lost 2 1/2 inches off my butt and 1 inch off my tummy and 2 inches of my bust. awesome! I fit into my old jeans yay. :)
